How can I pay with you?
In SMParts. You can pay for the online shop with PayPal, bank transfer, credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and Klarna (immediate transfer, direct debit, installment payment and invoice).
Are your complete wheels fully assembled?
All complete wheels are delivered 90 percent pre-assembled. You only have to worry about small adjustments. This means you straighten the handlebars, adjust the brakes and mount the pedals. We recommend tightening all screw connections.
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-3 days.
How can I return my items if they don't fit?
You can return any items you don't like within the 14-day return period. The best way to do this is to use this return form .
I didn't buy my bike from you, can I still come to you?
Of course you and your bike are welcome here. Both in the workshop and when it comes to individual parts, we make no distinction as to where the bike comes from.
Can I have a (series) bike customized by you?
Of course that is also possible. We look forward to supporting you.
