Why are regular bike inspections important?
To ensure that your bike lasts for a long time, you should have it serviced every year. Here, wear and defects are noticed early on and can be remedied at an early stage without anything else breaking.
Particular attention should be paid to your bike's drive, brakes and tires, as these components are exposed to considerable stress during your rides. It is advisable to have these checks carried out by competent specialist personnel.
At the same time, you should know that certain parts of your bike, such as the brake pads, chain, chainrings and sprocket set, naturally wear out over time. Therefore, these components should be replaced after a certain mileage.
No matter how intensively you use your bike - even with comparatively low annual kilometers, we recommend scheduling at least one annual inspection to ensure that your bike always stays in top shape.
Do you also repair bikes that were not purchased from you?
Yes, we also repair bikes in our workshop that were not purchased from us. Even if they are direct shippers like Canyon, Rose, YT or Radon.
How often should a service be performed?
It is recommended to have a service carried out once a year. Also more common for frequent drivers. The exact time for a check depends on your individual usage behavior.
When does a bicycle need to be inspected for the first time?
If the bike was assembled by us, it will be sufficient after one year. We take a lot of time during the initial assembly and also build on longevity. Every workshop does this differently.
How much does a service cost for you?
Our comprehensive bicycle service costs €69, and €79 for cargo bikes and e-bikes.
How long do I have to be without my bike?
Since we work with fixed appointments, you will get your bike back after 24 hours. In exceptional cases there may be longer processing/order times. We will inform you personally about this.
I had an accident, can you give me an insurance quote?
We would also be happy to take care of that for you.
