As a retail specialist , you will support us in finding the perfect bike for our customers, making the perfect bike adjustment and providing individual advice on conversions. You can take direct responsibility, but you always have the security of a competent team that has your back. Another part of your job is to provide our online community with your orders and process any returns. Manage our warehouse in a self-organizing way and sort new deliveries. Your mission:

• Advice & sales of complete bikes as well as parts, cargo bikes and individual custom bodies
• Participation in the design and maintenance of the retail space
• Supporting customers during test rides (including individual wheel adjustment)
• Returns and warranty processing
• Monitoring inventory levels (inventory optimization)
• Coordination with workshop and shipping
• Telephone advice and online shop support
• Picking bicycles and bicycle parts
• Incoming goods inspection, booking and clearing away the delivered goods
• Ensuring warehouse processes in terms of quality and costs

Your profile:

• You own a bike and love it!
• You are willing to work on Saturdays too
• You know a lot about bicycles and their attachments
• You have the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• You are well organized, work independently and goal-oriented
• You have already gained some experience in sales
• At best, you have completed commercial training
• You are flexible and resilient
