Deda Zero100 BOB seat post
The Deda Zero100 seat post is made from a 2014 aluminum alloy, manufactured using a proprietary 3D forging method to maximize durability. This type of cold forging preserves the structure of the alloy much better than typical CNC machined alloy. The 3D forging process uses a special lubricant to keep the wall thickness thin and therefore the support light. The Zero100 has the same clamping mechanism for fine adjustment that is used in the Deda Superzero Carbon seatpost. The Deda two-screw clamp allows you to adjust the saddle position very precisely and safely. The mount is compatible with Vanox, carbon or titanium saddle rails. The support is available in 27.2 and 31.6 mm diameter, is 310 mm long, and has an offset of 12 millimeters
