With Shimano HG (11/12 speed) or SRAM XD/XDR freewheel (can be adapted from XD to XDR by removing the spacer on the freewheel).

The Tune STANDARD precision bearings use a special bearing grease. They have been tried and tested for over 25 years and have an excellent price/performance ratio. The steel ball bearings are characterized by excellent durability. A standard nylon seal makes them insensitive to most weather influences.
