Kappstein "Sprocket" stainless steel track screw sprocket
Made in Germany. The “Sprocket” from Kappstein was developed to realize a new design theory. There are numerous advantages due to this new design. You can clearly see that the teeth appear a little wider and more elongated, but these are not the only innovations. Kappstein only uses the best stainless steel to manufacture these high-performance sprockets. This is processed in the latest generation of CNC milling machines. The new design theory has a very gentle effect on all components. It has also been possible to achieve better power transmission on the road. The enclosed holes also make the sprocket very light. With 16 teeth it weighs just 49 grams.
As of June 2014, Kristina Vogel's name has stood for this high-end sprocket. Kristina is already riding this sprocket in her first competitions and the victories are not long in coming!
