KMC X11SL 11-speed chain, Ti-N gold
In a complex process, the plates of the X-SL chains are milled out and riveted with hollow bolts. This results in enormous weight savings without compromising stability and service life.
lean construction
KMC chains are designed to be very slim (lean construction). In addition to its lower weight, this design impresses with its very smooth running and fewer chain jams. With a width of just 5.65mm, the 11-speed chains are among the narrowest in their class and can sometimes be forgiven if the rear derailleur is no longer 100% precisely adjusted.
XX-SP
Double X Durability XX-SP stands for extra extra stretch proof, a process in which all parts of the chain are specially hardened. This treatment makes the bolts in particular highly resistant to dust and sand and thus extends their service life enormously.
Ti-N
The chain not only has an elegant look thanks to the titanium nitride coating: TiN is one of the hardest surface treatments in the industrial sector. The surface is extremely low-friction and very easy to care for.
