Where is your KUbikes developed and assembled?
The entire development of all KUbikes and most parts takes place in-house by our bicycle-loving engineers.
All of our bicycles are completely assembled exclusively in Germany. Our team also assembles your KUbikes at our locations in the beautiful Allgäu.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Within Germany usually 1-3 days. We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible
possible to ship. If there are delays, we will of course contact you.
How can I pay?
In SMParts. You can pay for the online shop with PayPal, bank transfer, credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and Klarna (immediate transfer, direct debit, installment payment and invoice).
How can I return my items if they don't fit?
You can return any items you don't like within the 14-day return period. The best way to do this is to use this returns form.
How can I track my order?
