The legendary Bullitt really needs no introduction. Lighter, stiffer and more agile than many of its competitors. The stiff and durable 7005-T6 aluminum frame transports small and large packages effortlessly. The Bullitt is a decent car replacement, especially for a young family.

The eBullitt with the powerful Shimano STePS EP801 mid-engine withstands all adversities and always delivers a maximum torque of an incredible 85Nm and a maximum output of 600 watts. The fine sensors in the bottom bracket ensure pleasant, homogeneous and powerful support at any speed. To match the motor, the EP801 is delivered with an electronic Di2 - Shimano XT derailleur of the 2nd generation. Here, the gears are now changed electronically. The Pedelec drive from Shimano is shifted by pressing a button.



The use of a bottom bracket motor also results in a low center of gravity. The battery with a capacity of 504Wh (36 volts, 11.6 AH) is also attached to the head tube of the Pedelec in a position that is very favorable for the center of gravity and is fully charged in about four hours. The running time is up to 110km. The battery supplies the motor with energy, of course, but also the gears and the lighting. Good to know: Even when the battery is empty, there is still enough energy for around 1,000 gear changes.

TRP Slate T4 brakes with 180mm discs ensure the appropriate deceleration of the E-Bullit, which rolls on Schwalbe Marathon Tour eBike tires as standard, and the tapered head tube increases driving stability. The upright seating position behind the handlebars, which can be adjusted to 100mm in length using a speed lifter, and the front light from Lumotec together with the rear light from Busch and Müller ensure excellent visibility on the Pedelec. The lighting also draws its power from the drive's battery, although the low power consumption of the lights will probably only elicit a tired smile from the energy storage unit.

There is space for a child seat on the loading area, which is even protected from wind and weather thanks to the canopy. At 27.5kg (fully equipped), it is one of the lightest series-produced cargo bikes with an electric drive. With a total length of 2450mm, it is compact enough to maneuver around any corner and to stow comfortably. With the large loading area of ​​720x470mm, it also offers enough space.

The frame is fitted with the new "tapered" head tube standard and a new fork has also been developed for this. With the tapered fork (1 1/8 - 1.5"), the Bullitt has more stability at the front, as the power distribution is improved by the wider cone support. The front end also has a new, flat bearing cover. This ensures greater safety for passengers and makes it easier to transport larger and bulkier loads.
