The heart of the pedal is an oversized axle, equipped with very small ball bearings (12 mm inside x 18 mm outside) and a needle bearing for even less abrasion.
LOOK axes are only tested after a rotation test of 2 million cycles at 100 rpm. released with a load of 90 kg on the center of the pedal and an eccentric rotation (one shock with each revolution). This test is well above the applicable standard: the EN standard 14781.
The body of the Kéo Classic 3 is a combination of two materials. This means that the body and tread surface can be made in different colors.
Cell-shaped tread surface
The new large and wide tread surface with cell structure ensures good foot stability on the pedal and great pedaling comfort.
The Kéo Classic 3 is a very light pedal in its category.
The tension of the spring can be adjusted between 8 and 12 Nm. This means that every cyclist (beginner or advanced) can adjust the setting that best suits their riding style.
