The muli has become a popular taxi for four-legged friends and we now provide the necessary comfort.
To help our best buddies get started in a way that's easy on their joints, we offer the option of a multi-basket cover that can be easily opened and closed.
This option can be selected directly when purchasing a bike. We have decided on a resource-saving retrofit for existing customers. The dog flap cannot therefore be purchased individually in order to prevent waste of material from existing fabric covers. With us, your current basket cover can easily be converted into a dog flap.
We strongly recommend ordering a suitable locking rod so that the basket cannot close while driving.
Please note that the holes in the existing fabric cover must be widened to 10mm so that the three quick-release LOXX buttons fit.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Within Germany usually 1-3 days. We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible
possible to ship. If there are delays, we will of course contact you.

In SMParts. You can pay for the online shop with PayPal, bank transfer, credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and Klarna (immediate transfer, direct debit, installment payment and invoice).
How can I return my items if they don't fit?
You can return any items you don't like within the 14-day return period. The best way to do this is to use this returns form.

Immediately after your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a link for tracking the shipment.
