The ARO5 Race features an aerodynamic and ventilated design that significantly increases airflow through 19 vents. Lighter than its predecessor, the ARO5, the ARO5 Race provides the edge needed to outpace the competition. Combined with additional technical advancements in the integration of looks, comfort and protection, the ARO5 Race is ready to go fast.

• FIT: The BOA 360° fit system features an adjustable scale to ensure a secure fit and maximum safety. General improvements to the shell shape mean the ARO5 Race sits lower on the head for better balance and conforms more naturally to the contours of the head.

• LIGHT WEIGHT: The ARO5 Race is lighter than its predecessor, the ARO5, achieved through a redesigned shell and other internal modifications.
• PROTECTION: The Mips® Air safety system is a low-friction layer integrated into the helmet that reduces the rotational movement of the head, helping to reduce the damaging forces that could otherwise act on the rider's head.
• VENTILATION: The ARO5 Race features newly designed vents on the front and top, which greatly improve airflow and breathability. There are 19 vents in total on the top, sides and rear.
• LINING: Ionic+™ antimicrobial lining is sweat-activated for freshness and odor control.
• GOGGLES STORAGE: Vents on the front provide the rider with a place to easily store their goggles. Unobtainium®-lined vents hold the goggle temples in place, while recesses in the foam on the inside of the helmet prevent the temples from injuring the wearer's head in an impact, creating an easy and intuitive goggle storage location.
• DESIGN: The ARO5 Race features a branding badge with an Iiridium® coating that reflects the Prizm™ lens colors of Oakley goggles. Each color of the badge is unique to the color of the helmet, all celebrating the heritage of Oakley goggles.
