The ROTOR ALDHU crankshaft is a milestone in ROTOR development and the lightest crank in the company's history. Named after the legendary Tour de France climb Alpe d'Huez, it stands for the highest performance and innovation. Back in 2008, Carlos Sastre laid the foundation for his overall victory in the Tour with the ROTOR Q-Rings - a triumph that made ROTOR known worldwide.
The modular design of the ALDHU crankshaft allows for maximum adaptability. With two available crankshaft options, you can perfectly match the chainline to disc or rim brake hubs. The 110 mm 4-bolt spider can also be replaced with ROTOR Direct Mount chainring combinations. Thanks to the refined OCP (Optimum Chainring Position) system, the position of the chainrings can be adjusted in 1-degree increments , which allows optimal adjustment, especially for oval Q-rings. Installation is extremely easy with a 10 mm Allen key.
The crankshaft is designed in the BB30 standard (30 mm outer diameter) and is compatible with the most common bottom bracket standards such as BSA, BBright (Cervélo) and BB30.
