The brand new DEORE XT SPD pedal PD-M8120 is a lightweight trail and enduro pedal and was introduced to match the new 12-speed groupset. The integrated cage acts as a support and makes it easier to click in and also protects the binding. As with the other components, the reliability is legendary. Getting started is easy and safe, even with dirty cleats. You can infinitely adjust the release hardness so that beginners and experts alike can find their individual setup. A thinner, oval-shaped pedal axle housing ensures significantly improved dirt repellency and thus maximum performance, especially in muddy conditions. As usual, the XT SPD pedal shines with its very soft entry and exit as well as its open design, which doesn't give dirt a chance! Stable, long-lasting CrMo axle with front hexagon socket (8mm). In contrast to the previous model, the thickness of the pedal was reduced by approx. 1 mm, which saved a little weight and gained some ground clearance. The slightly enlarged contact area gives you a comfortable pedaling feeling and therefore more efficient power transmission. Thanks to the high quality of workmanship and the high-quality, sealed bearings, you will enjoy them for a long time.
