For the new generation we worked on 3 points: weight, comfort and aerodynamics. Thanks to the lightweight Toray T700 fiber, the weight is only 460g while maintaining the same stability. The internal width between the hooks is 19 mm larger than conventional rims. This gives the tires more volume, improving performance, comfort and cornering grip. A wide rim also means you can use narrower and lighter tires while maintaining comfort and grip through a larger air volume. To ensure maximum comfort and lowest rolling resistance on the road, we recommend a tire width of 25-32mm, tubeless or with an inner tube. The rims are built in a modern, bulbous U-profile shape, which means the tire is wider and has more grip and control. The stability of the wheel improves, rolling resistance is reduced and a better transition between tire and rim is ensured, which reduces air resistance. With a width of almost 28mm, the rim is indestructible, aerodynamic and still light. The width reduces air resistance and thus increases speed. In addition, the wheels are less sensitive to crosswinds and the steering is more precise, meaning the driver feels safer. The rims are of outstanding and consistent quality and all at an affordable price - and of course not forgetting the unique look.

Extremely high-quality and precisely manufactured rear wheel hub made of 2014 T6 aluminum in the version for 12x142mm thru axle. The RS4 rear wheel hub is equipped with a revised ratchet system for the current season. The freewheel body and pawl carrier are made from 7075 aluminum. Four pawls drive a 44-tooth ratchet that sits in the hub and is sealed by a frictionless seal. Furthermore, the hub is equipped with two high-quality stainless steel bearings, which enables a longer service life and greatly improved running properties. Multiple conversion kits enable compatibility with different frames. Due to the enlarged hub flanges, the spoke holes are further apart than with other hubs. This increases stability and the forces are better distributed. The hub body is CNC machined and high-quality anodized for durability.

The highlight of the RS4 hubs - all hubs can be converted to other axle standards as usual. Ergo: You now buy a hub for quick release and can also use it with a thru axle in your next bike.

The wheelset was extremely carefully laced by hand with lightweight, aerodynamic Pillar WING22 knife spokes for maximum stiffness. The spoke has the necessary diameter for torque transmission and at the same time has favorable and superior aerodynamic properties with low or the same weight!

We carefully build all of our wheels by hand in our workshop. This craft process takes time; especially during the season, we may not be able to have all the wheels in stock in the specified time. We aim to ship the wheels within 1 week of payment.
