The SQ-Insoles ONE10 stand for more comfort and performance in everyday life.
Everyone needs insoles when cycling, as the foot is subjected to different stresses than when walking. As the forces do not act when cycling as they do when walking, the foot's cushioning function can be dispensed with. The arch of the foot sinks, which tires the foot, puts more strain on the knee and, above all, reduces the direct force on the pedal. The excessive movement of the foot in the cycling shoe can also lead to nerve or blood vessel constriction, which manifests itself as tingling or numbness.
