Die SRAM DUB™ (Durable Unified Bottom Bracket) Tretlagerserie hat zwei einfache Aufgaben: Die Verbindung und Lagerung der Kurbelarme und die Sicherung einer dauerhaft leichtgängigen Kraftübertragung an die Schaltung. Um dies zu ermöglichen, hat SRAM die DUB™ Kurbelwelle so konstruiert, dass sie die zentral vereinheitlichende Komponente ist.
Eine überdimensionale Kurbelwelle für alle Tretlager-Standards, eine bessere Kompatibilität der Kurbelarme, einen besseren Schutz vor Witterungseinflüssen und für eine längere Lebensdauer.
