Description
Tubolito S-Tubo-ROAD 28"/700c tube - Orange valve
Are you chasing best times? Always want to have the lightest bike? Are you looking for ways to minimize your rolling resistance? Or are you a tubeless rider and need the smallest possible replacement tube? We have something for you: our S-Tubo technology! The S-Tubo technology is characterized by a reduced wall thickness of the tubes. This means that S-Tubos are even smaller, lighter and have extremely low rolling resistance. S-Tubo-Road, for example, is the lightest bicycle tube in the world and has a rolling resistance similar to a latex tube. On S-Tubo MTBs, the valve can also be unscrewed, so that the tubes can be taken along in an extremely space-saving manner and are perfect replacement tubes. In short: S-Tubo technology is our performance line. Despite all these properties, the protection against punctures is still as high as that of classic butyl tubes. Due to their low wall thickness, S-Tubos are somewhat more susceptible to high braking heat, which is why they are only approved for bicycles with disc brakes.
