The Vittoria 4C coating process produces 4 different rubber compounds
on the same tread. The 4C process offers unmatched versatility by giving each area of ​​the tire such as the center, side area and tread their own compound. All developments have reduced rolling resistance by 19%.

The tire offers a wear-resistant tread with low rolling resistance. The PRB 2.0 Breaker provides excellent puncture protection. The strong nylon carcass with 26-220 TPI rolls smoothly.

The Corsa Clincher version tests the limits of operational flexibility. The Corsa has 19% less rolling resistance than other tires without a graphene compound. In addition, there is the flexible aramid fiber-reinforced cover, which makes the tire particularly special.

Graphene 2.0 (G2.0) rubber compound
Vittoria's in-house GRAPHENE 2.0 (G 2.0) rubber coating is based on the original graphene technology and improves it in all respects. Thanks to many years of experience, Vittoria is now able to design the graphene tire compound in such a way that an increase in performance in the areas of speed, traction in wet conditions, durability and puncture resistance is clearly noticeable.

Cotton carcass
Cotton material has always been used for top quality tubular tires. Vittoria produces all casings in-house and offers many subcategories ranging from natural cotton to 220 tpi in the tubular category. For a softer, more flexible carcass, the material is spun from finely woven thin threads and offers incredibly good grip thanks to its larger contact surface on the road. This means more comfort as even the smallest impacts are better absorbed. Plus more speed thanks to reduced rolling resistance.
The density of the material is expressed in tpi (threads-per-inch), i.e. the number of threads per inch: the higher the tpi, the finer the threads and the denser the weave. The higher the tpi, the more flexible the tire. Cotton is an incredibly durable and fine material and allows casings to be produced with the highest possible tpi.
