Corsa PRO Control is the choice of PROs when it comes to the most extreme road surfaces - such as cobblestones and gravel - as well as the most extreme weather conditions. In the revolutionary tire construction of the Corsa PRO, the tire profile is embedded into the 320 TPI cotton carcass using newly developed vulcanization processes - in addition, the Corsa PRO Control has been reinforced with a thicker profile for increased puncture protection and extended service life.

With the new Corsa PRO clincher tires, Vittoria engineers have succeeded in bonding the rubber tire tread to the cotton carcass using a new and more sustainable electric vulcanization. This process completely embeds the rubber tread into the casing, creating a 100% seamless product. The advantages relate to improved flexibility, which grants even more suppleness and perfect adaptability to the terrain. In addition, the laboratory tests have demonstrated significant aerodynamic drag gains in fast-paced disciplines. The Corsa PRO 320 TPI's cotton casing - the finest available on the market - offers the suppleness, comfort and light weight that professional drivers are accustomed to, but now served in a stronger tire construction that increases tire speed.

Corsa PRO features the Graphene + Silica compound, Vittoria's most advanced compound technology for road racing tires. This compound combines Vittoria's proven Graphene research knowledge with Silica, a material specifically designed to improve the performance of road tires in terms of speed, durability and grip. The Corsa PRO features a puncture protection belt - a high-density, low-weight layer placed between the tread and casing - and bead protection for improved protection and durability.

While the Corsa PRO is the preferred tire of professional riders for most one-day races and stage races, the Corsa PRO Control version is their choice when it comes to the most extreme road surfaces such as cobblestones and gravel in extreme weather conditions. In order to make the new tire suitable for tubeless use on hookless rims, the tire base was reinforced with Zylon, a fiber that, according to Vittoria, is more stable than aramid. This means that both the Corsa Pro and the Corsa Pro Control are approved for rims without hooks. However, only from size 28-622. The narrower tires are not approved for hookless rims. In addition, the maximum air pressure on hookless rims is, as usual, limited to 5 bar.
