The Horizon Road Plus brings smooth plus-size traction and balanced driving characteristics even where the asphalt ends. A smooth center stripe and the all-weather herringbone profile on the sides make pretty much anything possible, as does the size format. The large-volume road tire offers elegant mileage on smooth road surfaces and doesn't disturb you on unpaved roads. Ride the tire on your cyclocross or racing bike. The diameter corresponds to that of a conventional 700 x 28 - 30 mm racing bike tire. Drive it on asphalt or gravel. The tire ensures that you experience driving fun again, no matter where the road takes you.

It just makes sense. Why not just take advantage of the plus-size advantages without sacrificing speed. The tubeless suitability of the tire also offers the possibility of reducing rolling noise and vibrations on loose ground. All of these benefits are now available with the Horizon Road Plus TCS tire.

Road Plus retains the geometry of current endurance racing bikes, but offers more tire volume and 650b tubeless tires instead of the standard 700c variant. The 650b x 47c Horizon Plus has the same diameter as a 700 x 28c tire, but requires a little more space on the chainstays. Together with a KOM i23 or i25 650b TCS rim, the Horizon Road Plus results in a light, large-volume and fast wheel setup without affecting the frame geometry. TCS (Tubeless Compatible System)
TCS tires shine with the driving advantages of a tubeless tire with the weight advantage of a non-UST tire. WTB's TCS tires combine a lightweight racing carcass with a tire bead compatible with the UST standard, designed for tubeless use. WTB's sealant system is used. The UST tire bead can also be mounted on normal hook or hookless rims. If you are looking for particularly high durability, choose the WTB AM TCS or Team Issue tires and benefit from their thicker casings.
